ASF, a French highways operator, has appointed a consortium made up of EAI, Survision and NetCeler to deploy of more than 700 cameras intended to read license plates of the vehicles approaching the toll stations, for traffic analysis purposes. NetCeler takes care of data aggregation, using its IVigile software platform.
