The struggle for women’s rights is an everyday concern…

International Women’s Day, celebrated on March 8th, highlights the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. The day is also a call to action to accelerate gender parity and provides an opportunity to :

  • raise awareness for gender equality
  • celebrate women’s achievements
  • lobby for accelerated gender parity
  • raise funds for women’s charities.
NETCELER LA JOURNEE DES DROITS DES FEMMES

Women and the digital world

The digital sector attracts women, but in France they represent only 30% (46% in the rest of the economy) – and less than 15% in the more technical fields (developers etc.). Diversity and gender balance in the digital professions represent a real economic and innovation lever. A fair representation of women in the digital sector is necessary for the construction of an equitable future for our economy and our society.

Although the road to feminisation is still long, NetCeler, with almost 25% female employees, does not deprive itself of their skills or their visions!

Women at NetCeler

At NetCeler, gender diversity is natural for the atmosphere at work, the image and attractiveness of the company, management methods and the social climate.

In fact, three of our last four recruitments were women. We are delighted to highlight the plurality and richness of their backgrounds, professions, experiences and motivations within an innovative company.  We thank them and also the other female members  of our teams Aurélie, Carla, Céline, Eliane, Fabienne, Julie, Marie Agnès, Opale, Richel, Virginie, Zahia…
