Cofiroute commissions NetCeler to integrate a space-by-space heavy-truck counting system to improve the functioning of highway rest areas. The system will display the filling rate of parking areas on variable-message signs upstream to avoid congestion and provide real-time monitoring of the filling rate via a centralized control station.
